Abstract

Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) was developed for small entrepreneurs or people whowant to develop their business, where the obstacle that is often faced by banks is determiningthe eligibility of customers who receive KUR. Taking into account the credit analysisdetermined by Bank Indonesia, namely using The Five C's Principles with added aspects ofLegality or commonly called the 5C + L criteria which include Character, Capacity, Capital,Collateral, Condition and Legality, it is necessary to build a Decision Support System that canbe used as a reference to determine the eligibility of customers who receive KURThe Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA)method is used in building a decision support system, because this method uses several criteriathat are used to determine the best alternative in selecting customers who are eligible for KUR. This system processes customer data, as well as certain values in customer data sothat it is able to help provide support to credit analysts to make decisions which are the bestcustomers who are entitled to KUR.
