The hypothesis proposed is a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and prosocial behaviour in students. The subjects were students of the Psychology Faculty at the Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang. This research is an Accidental Sampling Technique. Respondents taken were a number of 50 respondents. The scale in this study is the scale of spiritual intelligence and prosocial behaviour. The data analysis method used is Product Moment Correlation. The results of the data show rxy = 0.386 with p = 0.003 (p<0.05). the results show that there is a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and prosocial behaviour in students, which means that the higher the spiritual intelligence, the higher the prosocial behaviour in students, and vice versa. Based on the results of the analysis of the prosocial behaviour in students and vice versa. Basen on the results of the analysis of the hypothesis test it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.

Keywords: Spiritual Intelligence, Prosocial Behavior, Students.
2025-04-09T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 IMAGE https://www.unaki.ac.id/ejournal/index.php/image/article/view/700 ADVERSITY QUOTIENT DITINJAU DARI SELF-EFFICACY PADA SISWA SMP X DI PEKALONGAN 2025-03-27T06:06:11+00:00 Arradhika Warhana 521220037@student.unaki.ac.id I Rheny Arum Permitasari brigitanargasiam01@gmail.com
This study aims to test whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and adversity quotient in students of SMP X Pekalongan. The hypothesis put forward in this study is "there is a positive relationship between self-ability and adversity quotient in students of SMP X Pekalongan". This study uses two measuring instruments, namely the adversity quotient scale and the self-efficacy scale. The respondents involved in this study were 211 students of grade IX of SMP X Pekalongan. This study uses Spearman-rho non-parametric correlation analysis as a method of testing the research hypothesis. Based on the correlation test, the coefficient result was 0.750 with a significance level of 0.00 or p <0.01. This confirms the existence of a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and adversity quotient in students of SMP X Pekalongan. Or in other words, the research hypothesis is accepted. In addition, this study also found that the self-efficacy variable made an effective contribution of 58.3% to the adversity quotient variable of students of SMP X Pekalongan. Meanwhile, the remaining 41.7% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Keywords: adversity quotient, self-efficacy
2025-04-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 IMAGE https://www.unaki.ac.id/ejournal/index.php/image/article/view/691 PENGARUH KESESUAIAN KOMPENSASI DAN HARGA DIRI TERHADAP KEBAHAGIAAN DI TEMPAT KERJA PADA PEGAWAI DI BALAI BESAR PELATIHAN VOKASI & PRODUKTIVITAS KOTA SEMARANG 2025-03-10T12:22:42+00:00 Rizky Ardiansyah rizkycold4321@gmail.com Qurrotu Ayun qurrotuayun@gmail.com 2025-04-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 IMAGE https://www.unaki.ac.id/ejournal/index.php/image/article/view/701 PERILAKU MEROKOK DAN KONTROL DIRI PADA SISWA MTSS MANBA’UL HUDA KALITEKUK KEC. Gajah Kab. Demak. The sample criteria in this study were male and had tried smoking. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 55 students. The analysis used was multinomial logistic regression. The variable of the tendency of smoking behavior was measured using a questionnaire based on the theory of four aspects of the tendency of smoking behavior, namely the function of smoking, smoking intensity, smoking time and smoking place. The measurement of the self-control variable, the researcher used the theory of self-control aspects from De Ridder, namely inhibition and initiation. The results of this study indicate that self-control affects the intensity of smoking in students and the age of onset of smoking, but on the contrary self-control does not affect the function of smoking, smoking place and smoking time. The magnitude of the influence of self-control on smoking intensity is 57.9% and the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other factors. The level of self-control in students at MTSS Manba'ul Huda Kalitekuk Kec. Gajah Kab. This quantitative research involved 111 eleventh-grade students and utilized a Likert scale for data collection on the variables of family social support and critical thinking. Data analysis using Spearman’s correlation indicated a highly significant relationship between family social support and critical thinking, with a correlation coefficient of rs=0.788 and a p-value of <0.000. The reliability test for the critical thinking scale showed a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.951, indicating a very high level of reliability. Furthermore, family social support contributed 55.6% to the variability in students' critical thinking abilities, while other factors accounted for 44.4%. This study underscores the importance of family social support in enhancing critical thinking skills, which are essential in education to prepare students for future challenges. The findings advocate for the integration of family support strategies in educational programs to maximize students' critical thinking potential.

Keyword: Critical Thinking, Family Support
2025-04-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 IMAGE https://www.unaki.ac.id/ejournal/index.php/image/article/view/703 HUBUNGAN SELF REGULATION DENGAN PENYESUAIAN DIRI DALAM LINGKUNGAN KERJA PADA BINTARA REMAJA DI SAMAPTA POLDA JATENG 2025-03-28T00:16:09+00:00 Christian David Budi Ardi supermandiboy@gmail.com An Riwi Widyastuti brigitanargasiam@gmail.com
This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between self-regulation and adjustment in the workplace among junior officers at Samapta Polda Jateng.
